Originally from Snohomish, WA Sarah moved to California where she attended Chapman University and received her B.S. in Kinesiology with a Dance Emphasis and B.F.A in Dance Performance. Sarah is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a specialization in Corrective Exercise. She has received her Pilates Mat I/II certification through Balanced Body. Sarah enjoys living an active lifestyle and finding ways to tie together her two loves of fitness and dance. Currently, she coaches classes at CFF and constantly strives to motivate and teach individuals how to live an active lifestyle all while providing a safe enjoyable workout environment for everyone.
