Step 1: Intro

Free. Come see what CrossFit is all about and join us for a free intro WOD. Please email or call to schedule a time to come in.

Step 2: Fundamentals

$169 – Includes your first month of CrossFit membership plus 4 one on one fundamental sessions with one of our professional CrossFit coaches. Fundamental sessions are to be completed before attending a CrossFit class. Prior to completion you may attend unlimited group HIIT Boot Camp classes.
$25 cancellation charge if under 24 hours.
Fundamentals cover all the movements you will see on a daily basis in the group classes. During these classes we cover the Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Thruster, Kipping Pull-Up, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Box Jump, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean, Kettlebell Swing, Wall Balls, and many other movements.

Step 3: Memberships

All CFF Memberships are multi-gym Memberships available for drop-ins at our various sister locations – Good at CrossFit Chino Hills, CrossFit Saga in Ontario, CrossFit Lumberyard in Anaheim and CrossFit Descendants in Chino.
